The cornerstone of the teaching and learning process is student engagement. In this workshop participants will learn effective ways to maximize student engagement through the use of interactive technology tools. Aligned with Domain 3, Component C of the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching model, technology is a critical way to help enhance student engagement while addressing 21st century learning standards. Attendees will be introduced to three powerful learning tools: Infuse Learning, Padlet, and Edmodo. Strategies for implementation, including Flipped Classroom tips, and best practices will be discussed. This session will be an engaging experience with real-life examples that will transform teaching strategies. (Audience Grades 3-12)
